A collection of photos and newspaper cuttings related to Callow End and the Village Hall
This is an necessary category.
The Village Hall is closed until further notice. This decision was made in the light of the current coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and recent UK government advice which the management committee has been carefully monitoring and following.
We are committed to providing a safe environment for the local community and the health and well being of our users is our number one priority during this difficult time. Accordingly, we have taken this step to support the Government advice on reducing social interaction between people in order to reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19).
We are working on plans to re-open the hall when circumstances allow. We are updating our Risk Assessments and producing an additional COVID Risk Assessment with guidance from Community First Herefordshire and Worcestershire. We will be providing appropriate PPE, cleaning materials and working procedures for our volunteers and staff, and specific COVID guidance to hall hirers and users.
We will be keeping our regular hirers updated on our plans, and work with them to bring activities back to the hall in a safe and timely manner. It is likely that the first activities that can take place will be low risk ones outside on the hall lawns and car park. Any one interested in hiring this space please contact our Bookings Manager on firstname.lastname@example.org
