Hall Re-opening Plans
Yesterday, the Hall Management Committee held a socially distanced meeting to discuss plans for reopening the village hall to users. Hopefully, this can happen progressively as conditions allow.
We are updating our Risk Assessments and producing an additional COVID Risk Assessment with guidance from Community First Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Appropriate PPE, cleaning materials and working procedures will be provided for our volunteers and staff. We will also supply specific COVID guidance to hall hirers and users.
We will be keeping our regular hirers updated on our plans. Our aim is to work with them to bring activities back to the hall in a safe and timely manner. It is likely that the first activities that can take place will be low risk ones outside on the lawns. Anyone interested in hiring this space please contact our Bookings Manager
